Wooden lids that keep contents airtight

The jars here are sealed with a wooden lid that has a gasket on the inside, ensuring the lid fits tightly around the rim of the glass. This keeps out moisture and air, preserving the aroma and crispness of what you store: nuts won't go soft, and spices won't lose their scent as quickly as they do in an open bag.

The glass itself is dishwasher safe, but the wooden lid must be handled with care. Wood should not be soaked or put through a hot machine wash, as it can warp and lose its tight fit. Therefore, wipe the lid with a damp cloth and let it air dry. In this way, both the glass and the lid will last for many years. Round or square shape

The shape determines how well the jars utilize space. The square jars stand edge-to-edge without gaps between them, allowing you to fit more jars into the same shelf space.
