FAQ
Can I install completely without drilling?
Yes, many of our bathroom products are self-adhesive. They stick to permanently smooth surfaces: Tiles, varnished surfaces, or veneer panels. We do not recommend installation on Wallpaper, wet room wallpaper, uneven/rough surfaces, painted walls, microcement and cement-based surfaces, etc. Read installation instructions on the product page.
Are the products resistant to moisture and wet rooms?
Yes, they are designed for bathrooms. Good ventilation extends the lifespan. Wooden parts (e.g. bamboo) should not be left in direct water, dry after use.
How do I clean the products?
Use a damp cloth. Avoid scouring powder and strong chemicals. See also “Cleaning” on the individual product page.
Can I move a self-adhesive product without leaving marks?
Yes, you can. Gently heat the adhesive surface (e.g. with a hair dryer) and slowly pull the tape off. You can also use fishing line to “cut” the tape free. Any adhesive residue can be gently removed by rubbing it off or with a suitable adhesive remover. Always test on a small, hidden area first. Replacement tape can be purchased from us, but please note that it is not for all products.
